| Review: Abduction |
| Twilight’s lupine heartthrob Taylor Lautner is back in action in Abduction. The brooding dreamboat plays Nathan, a petulant teen with a big problem: his parents, or the folk he thought were his folks, may not be… his folks. Researching a school project with girl-next-door Karen (crooner Phil Collins’ daughter, Lily) he spies his face on a missing persons website. Before you can scream ‘Team Jacob’, Nathan is on the run and the hapless FBI, led by Alfred Molina, is on his tail. Shaft director John Singleton cranks up breathtaking set pieces and heart-pounding thrills while Lautner shows off his muscular star power. |
