I won't hold up your soon-to-be-discovered video explosion experience for long, but had to share the news that a much-mooted sequel, Machete Kills, whereby Machete is called in to help the US government, has nabbed finance, so is a goer. Yay!

Robert Rodriguez is set to be helming the directorship once more, and of course Danny Trejo returns, for no Trejo, no Machete. We're promised something "bigger and more ambitious", so my mind at least is busy boggling right now.
