Review: The Smurfs |
 |
 |
|
|
| |
| Everyone’s favourite
little blue guys,
the Smurfs, finally
have their own big
movie. And what
a story it is! Papa
Smurf, Clumsy,
Smurfette and the
rest of the gang are
sucked from their
own world and into ours, landing in
New York City. Luckily, they meet
a human couple, who give them
a place to stay while Papa Smurf
works out how to get everyone
home! But the Smurfs’ enemy, Gargamel
(Hank Azaria), is hot on their trail and
wants to steal all of their power. This is
a lively and funny adventure, in which
our beloved blue cartoon characters sing,
dance and do battle alongside real people
in the human world.
