HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Simply pick up a Love Me? Keep Me! Loyalty card (“Card”) from any participating BLOCKBUSTER® store throughout Australia between 01/09/08 and 30/11/08 while “Card” stocks last.

Then rent five of the six advertised titles:

• Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior (M) - available to rent from 3 September
  
• Sydney White (PG) - available to rent from 17 September
  
• Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins (M) - available to rent from 1 October
  
• Leatherheads (PG) - available to rent from 1 October
  
• Doomsday (R 18+) - available to rent from 1 October
  
• Timber Falls (MA 15+) - available to rent from 6 November

from any participating BLOCKBUSTER® store throughout Australia between 03/09/08 and 30/11/08 and get your “Card” validated for each rental. The “Card” must be validated at the BLOCKBUSTER® store at time of rental where the qualifying rental was made. Normal membership and hiring conditions apply. In order to rent any product that is rated MA 15+ or R 18+, you must, on request, produce true and correct identification proving that you are over the age of 15 or 18 respectively or are otherwise able to rent the product according to law.

Once five of the titles have been rented and the “Card” validated for the five rentals, you must complete the “Card” by entering your full name, address and phone number in the space provided and entering the title of the film you would like to own in the space provided. The title selected must be one of the previously rented titles validated on the card. If you have selected an MA 15+ or R 18+ title as your favoured title, you will need to supply proof of age with your card (ie. A photocopy of your drivers license or passport). Then send the completed “Card”, and if applicable proof of age, to Universal pictures:

The completed “Card” must be received by last mail 31/12/08. Any contact details incorrectly entered on the “Card” may invalidate your “Card”. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, stolen or misdirected mail. Any costs associated with sending the “Card” to Universal Pictures is the member’s responsibility.

A brand new copy of your favoured DVD, as entered on your completed “Card”, will be sent directly from Universal Pictures to your designated mailing address, as entered on your completed “Card” within 21 working days of the “Card” being received by Universal Pictures. In the event that your favoured DVD is out of stock due to unforseen manufacturing, supply or delivery problems, or unexpected demand, a similar, alternative title will be sent to you.
